Pop music and your opinion about it.

Heh, do "ABBA" and "Arabesque" count as pop music? My phone honestly tells me that it's disco (although it categorized some downloaded songs as pop), but I don't really believe it. I haven't listened to much modern pop "music," and what I've heard makes me feel nauseous after a couple of listens. I think it's mostly composed for GLAMOROUS girls who sigh over GLAMOROUS boys. It's a huge audience, and pop music is aimed at the masses. But if it used to be at a decent level, now all you can expect is "musi-pusi-lya-lya-lya-chmoki-chpoki." Well, it's a bit clumsy, but I think it's clear. I don't care about pop music, like I don't care about many other things. People like it, let them listen to it. I get sick of modern, saccharine songs, excuse my French. Besides, they don't sing about anything other than love, and even love in their understanding is just "musi-pusi." In general, I don't respect modern pop music, but I'm not going to start a crusade against it. I'd rather put on my favorite "Melnica" or something else. *I'm going to listen to "Epidemia" and "Nightwish."*
