Team Tournament: Spring-2009

on the first day built Manticores in the Stronghold, took my native secondary hero—there were Medusas in the Fort, took the Dwarf Cottage with 20 without an upgraded stack.
on the second day another native secondary hero—all had portals, since I found an external dwelling of Troglodytes. from buildings — Castle and Manticores. on the third day I find an external dwelling of Dragons!!!! but on 141 they give Troglodytes in all portals((( revealed 2 Dragon Utopias. On 211 I buy 4 Dragons from portals, all I could—and I could only get a few, because I had no money at all, I go into the Dragon Utopia—a 2-stack. they give Titan's Plate, Pendant of Swiftness, and Book of Air—good. the next day Valya emerges with a ton of troops 10+ Angels 18 Champions etc... I left, went to the bathroom :) my remnants of 170 Troglodytes, 6 Dragons, 10 Manticores, and 9 Wyverns inspire absolutely nothing good, but the Dragon Utopia, and above it another one is revealed. with the money from the Dragon Utopia I buy all the Medusas and Beholders, that's 36 and 65+ respectively—I hide them in the secondary town—I built a Guild there. the next day I took the Dragon Utopia—Boots giving +15 resistance (+to my Expert Resistance), Helm of Heavenly Thunder, a Club +5 Attack, and a Sword +2 Attack/Def
then I retreat to the secondary town with the Beholders and Medusas—there I build a Whirlpool—240 mana and Dimension Door. I skedaddle from there quickly to the treasure zone. I hid the scout hero in a nook—he wasn't noticed. Valya takes the secondary town, sits there for a day. I meanwhile check the Dragon Utopia—and it's max((( I'm afraid to go in, so I go into the Hive, another one below. I take a couple steps down—and oh miracle!!!! another Dragon Utopia. I go in—a 3-stack. to fix the situation—I first wanted to mass Wyverns and try to hold out. find another path to explosion.
I take the Dragon Utopia—a 3-stack—Speaker's Hat, Sphere of Vulnerability, some junk, and... Book of Earth!!!! Town Portal to the remaining town, double mana. Valya attacks and takes 1650 damage to the Angels, then to the Champions. The opponent retreats and congratulates me on the victory.
Post-mortem showed—that scary red ball was in the max-stack one.
Thanks for the game—haven't had such emotions in a long time!!!
