I also didn't understand the mine thing. The first time, they wrote that I already have the ore, but the witch said that's not the case. When you hover over the mine, the cursor is red, but there's no way to conquer it. How was it for others with this ore? What is it вообще? I completed the mission without the witch, but I'm still curious.

It's possible that this is just a bug in the game. Try playing it again; the mission seems not very difficult. I'm not a hardcore gamer, but from a purely technical point of view, such an error could have occurred. Perhaps the sequence of actions prescribed by the scenario and scripts was disrupted.
