Severe punishment (literally "hanging clouds") means closing others' eyes and thinking everything is fine. IMO, bugs need to be discussed and fixed if possible, and if not, a ban on their use should be added to the rules. Otherwise, those who know secretly use them and think it's like a feature. Why would anyone need that?
