Pop music and your opinion about it.

Pop music can be considered simply as commercial music (compositions designed to appeal to a wide audience), or it can be a specific genre of music. I enjoy listening to Chinggis Khaan, ABBA, Veselye Rebjata, Plamya, Samotsvety, Sinya Ptitsa, and even Laskovyi Mai. However, I don't listen to, nor do I want to listen to, the music that is played everywhere, constantly repeated, and showcased in performances with backing tracks. This includes both our domestic artists and various Martin and Spears. And I have no desire to listen to the main "fighter" against pop music with a beard, because his songs are meaningless to me; he isn't fighting pop music, he's just being a hipster.
For me, there is no such division between pop and non-pop; there is only what I like a lot, what I like, what's okay, what I don't like, and what's a complete disaster. And I can calmly listen to a mix of Laskovyi Mai, Bi-2, Led Zeppelin, Forest of Shadows, and Jean-Michel Jarre.
