How to win with a “weak” Knight?

Sometimes I use it. Ergon has a very clearly defined algorithm. A starting Knight with 3-4 archers and about 40 peasants, often with an additional peasant hut. The goal: to defeat the Fae. Then, divide the archers into 3 squads of 1 and the peasants into two roughly equal groups. The Fae arrive, and the peasants destroy them. 20 peasants in the hands of the starting Knight destroy approximately 12 Fae (or so) with one strike. Besides, you can afford to lose them...
