SoY-5: Online Tournaments "Seasons of year" - "Seasons" - Spring Season 2009

1) Change 118 to a normal redraw

I'm for it.

2) Ban the amplifier for Necropolis

dunno... Necropolis gets banned everywhere. Let's bring back Conflux with restrictions.
Anyway, more likely no than yes

3) 6 minutes?

I'm for it, no comments.

Zhenya posted the regulations about 2 weeks ago, and not a single person wrote a word about any errors in the rules or anything else! As soon as the phrase "We've started!" appeared, criticism of the rules, dissatisfaction, and "noobishness" etc. immediately showed up. A spoon is dear at dinner time, Respected Gurus.

P.S. So that no one has any questions — this is purely my own, purely subjective opinion, and not any kind of complaint (this is to avoid any questions).

And one more thing — bring Bron back to universal! =)
