Arrows in Heroes 2.

I would like to hear your opinion on whether it is possible to create an army consisting only of archers. After all, Titans do not have a penalty for melee combat, so they can also act as melee units. And trolls have regeneration. But, apparently, only Barbarians and Wizards can create such an army.
