In short, the rush didn't work. The opponent had a strategy and already had 5 angels on level 125 + cyclops.
Mistakes: I took Wisdom as the 3rd level skill; I think it's not necessary to take it so early; it should be taken at higher levels, IMO. That way, I would have gotten a different skill tree, maybe something useful. As a result, I had to max out Morale, but nothing worthwhile came of it.
I abandoned the tactic of + to ranged attack, but it hardly played a role anymore.
In general, numOne showed an excellent result.
