There's nothing simpler. You need to go to the Map Properties tab, select the Teams tab, and then assign all players to groups. Units that are in the same group are allied. If you're creating such a map, you can first place all the players, then perform the operation mentioned above, and put a checkmark (rather, a circle) next to the number 2. This will put all the opponents in one group, and you will remain separate from them.
I understand that the Map Properties and Teams tabs are in the map editor, right? So, if I create a completely new map, I can make allies. But what if we're talking about the computer generating a random map? (Single-player game - scenario - create a map). I didn't see the Map Properties and Teams tabs there...
