First, check if it has been re-enabled (you need to disable automatic startup). Second, set the primary priority to the Hamachi adapter – this should allow you to see the list of servers available on the local network (in this case, Hamachi). Third, check if there is a router or DSL modem between the computers – they have their own firewalls. Usually, you can access the router or modem through a web browser by entering 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1 in the address bar.
If none of this helps, try connecting with several different people – sometimes there is no connection between two people, and the only solution in such a case is to connect through a third player (who then leaves, and you play).
Fourth, you can try similar programs to Hamachi, such as Plan.
