SoY-5: Online Tournaments "Seasons of year" - "Seasons" - Spring Season 2009

Why isn't this tournament included in the
Heroes 3 Tournament - Tournaments for the 3rd installment of Heroes - ONLINE branch?
I think many players might miss SoY 2009 because of this.
