Hero Splitting

I suspect there are two possible reasons:
1. Due to bugs in the game.
2. Because someone tampered with the game files while playing online.

The game itself has nothing to do with it. This bug has been around since the release of "The Restoration of Erathia"... I haven't encountered it myself.
