pregnant fairy:D (because it's too big for a fairy)

devil (the designers probably thought it was a troll):D

dragons (very scary if you compare them to the dragons from HEROES III)
tree (look at the dendroid from HEROES III and you'll see HOW TERRIFYING IT IS compared to the heroes in V)

P.S. Has anyone seen the elementals and phoenixes from Heroes 5? If so, what are they like?
