Although my opponent also managed to find Fly, but didn't make it to the treasure zone in time, my strikes with DD and meteor showers wiped out all the Barbarians.

In the tavern, Dessa - I decided to level her. The first week passed under conditions of a financial and economic crisis: only three heroes, 1,2,3,5 in the castle, and the native village with 1 and 2. On the second week, I started to spread out a bit, picked up a couple of dwarves, built bears, took an external dwelling of birds. Went down to the metro, found two mini-Griffin Conservatories, an artifact for +1 speed, a hat for knowledge, armor for attack, and a scroll of Cure. Decided to build a Mage Guild in a secondary Conflux. While wandering through the metro, I stumbled upon Torosar two cells away from a neutral Conflux. If he had had enough movement to reach the castle and sit down to restore mana, it could have all ended there)) I attack with a tier 3 built, can't use Cure, but 27 griffins and five bears are a formidable force) My opponent wipes out half the birds with meteor and buys off with the remaining mages. I advance a bit further - a Fly scroll behind Gog magicians)))) And here is the main mistake - instead of buying the missing resources on the market and building GM5 in 2-3 turns, I run around collecting resources. As a result, I build tier 5 too late, fly over a pile of Arch Devils into the treasure zone, stopping 2 cells short of the first Dragon Fly Hive. Then my opponent DDs to me. Turn around - I attack. After a couple of exchanges of Cure for 420 against Rain for 225, I buy off to a nearby Conflux with 2 bears and 20 orcs. My opponent runs to his area with 5 nagas and 40 stone gargoyles. I catch up with a full mana pool, another Cure - my opponent buys off. Well, that's basically it) No army, no one to go to the treasure zone with, fast-footed Dessa even with Fly can't outrun Torosar with expert TP.
