iTunes is convenient due to its extensive features in terms of organization, and perhaps because you don't have to launch songs from folders and create playlists every time (specifically, different ones). But what I don't like about this program (at least when using it with an iPod) is that it somehow converts all the music in its own way, and as a result, it becomes very difficult to extract the music back.
For example, if the system on the computer is reinstalled and you want to restore the music library, you will have to put in some effort in this case, or only use iTunes. In principle, the program allows you to compensate for this drawback in many ways due to its own capabilities (it even supports recording CDs).
In general, I have mixed feelings about iTunes...
