I've decided to implement this project on my hosting :) If the community finds this idea useful and promising, I ask you to review the first version of this project: http://dreamcatcher.metroland.ru/index1.php Currently, it supports user registration and all the necessary functions for managing reports and navigating the list with various parameters. You can register fictitious reports, confirmations, and refutations there for testing the technical aspects. Regarding the rating, I anticipate a problem: which formula to use. However, there isn't a significant problem either, because it's possible to calculate simultaneously using different formulas. I ask players who are knowledgeable in this area to decide and recommend one or more formulas to me.
