Indeed, IMHO, it would have been better to make Prayer a skill, increasing its effectiveness by 2-3 times, rather than Overseer. P.S.

Why did you nerf luck? Does that mean undead can decrease luck, but humans can't increase it?

Where would they even get the luck to decrease? :) Doesn't the Cry of Terror only significantly decrease morale? Isn't that right? :)
