Dialogues with Moderators

by the way, we have a system where if a moderator reaches 25 penalty points, they cease to be a moderator....

I wasn't aware of this (that if there are 25 penalty points, the moderator may lose their privileges)....but this moderator-violator (whom I mentioned a little above) somehow still had moderator rights for the section and was using them.... even though he had more than 25 penalty points, in addition, he also abused his privileges for his own benefit (my personal IMHO)...and acted very badly....regarding another issue in the tournament.
