Dialogues with Moderators

Good day to you all. As I see, our forum members have accumulated a number of questions for the moderators, particularly for me. 1. Monitoring user violations is one of the moderators' responsibilities. Unfortunately, violations of the rule "Any direct or indirect insults towards users, third parties, or organizations" still occur on our forum. Well, that's what moderators are for – to put a stop to such behavior. And if a user doesn't understand, a ban might cool them down, which they will face in case of repeated violations. 2. Trolling. It's a tricky issue, and frankly, a difficult one. We've had trolls in the history of our forum, and we seemed to have dealt with them collectively. Unfortunately, skilled trolls leave posts that are difficult to criticize from a formal point of view, but as a result, they provoke conflicts, squabbles, and spam, etc. We could use many metaphors here, but that's not what we're talking about right now. A moderator is obliged to stop trolling; they must become a truly fungicidal tool for the forum. I believe everyone knows that the actions of moderators are not discussed on our forum. And those "walking on the edge" are strongly advised to either engage in off-topic discussions in the appropriate section or stop doing so altogether.
