Well, Alex, I've been reading, reading, reading, and decided to stop talking about this, to stop going off-topic, but here I see it again:

What if no one is penalized?

You keep doing it yourself, and you just said that this should be discussed in another thread... Or do you think I should just ignore this question?

Do you think it would be better if only people like me were banned?:rolleyes:
I think the violation system is unnecessary. If someone is causing trouble, give them a ban, for example, for a week, and that's it, they'll come to their senses later. Or, if a user is bad and behaves poorly, they are banned permanently, and after a year, they want to return to the forum, they log in, and see "blah blah, you were banned, automatically...". You can give thousands of examples :)
P.S. I'm not just talking; I've been banned about 7 times myself.
