But in general, if feedback is monitored and addressed for everyone and for everything, and not just for individual people, then only the Admin and a couple of users will remain on the forum :D

I looked at the comments; they are essentially public insults (since everyone can see them), and Alex didn't receive a proper punishment for them. But that's in the past; Alex and I understood each other in a private message. Personally, I suggest closing the flood section.
