Discussion about the "Hammers of Fate" expansion.

1. My cursor was normal. However, I had the Complete Edition from an unknown manufacturer – already patched to 2.1. I completed all campaigns without any problems. I uninstalled it along with the vanilla version after purchasing Stronghold.

2. The wait button is only available in versions 3.x and 1.6, as patch 1.6 was released later than 2.1 and 3.0.

3. I think it's the same as point 2.

Nothing will help (see point 2).
