Is technology just pop music? I don't know, but I love this band, and they have deep lyrics that some rockers are still far from achieving.
Reply: Yes, it's Electro-Pop, and if I'm not mistaken, they borrowed a bit of music from Depeche Mode... and lyrics aren't the main thing in rock (at least for me).
Let's leave retro alone. Back then, the concept of "pop" didn't exist. There was just honest, sometimes simply entertaining and background, beautiful music.
What do you mean by the word "retro"? Soul, Jazz, Blues?
