Turn order in battle.

In my opinion, it's quite simple: they take turns, starting from the top of the stack. The attacker goes first; that's basically it.

All that remains is to add that if the speed is the same, the one who went last in the first round will go second in the second round (I might be wrong, but it's something like that).
