You didn't quite understand the principle. The implementation will be as follows:
The red player starts his 111th turn.
- At this moment, the blue player's simultaneous turn is activated, and he doesn't wait for the red player to pass him the turn, but also starts his turn.
- Both players perform their 111th turn simultaneously. As soon as the red player finishes his turn, he passes the turn to the blue player.
- If the blue player has not yet completed all actions by this point, he finishes them.
- If everything has already been done by the blue player and he was just waiting for the "official" turn to be passed to him, he passes the turn back to the red player immediately, and they start their 112th turn.

Of course, if a crash occurs during a turn, both players will have to replay that turn
