There were plenty of players who liked to turn peasants into archers en masse; some didn't even bother with militia. Now, if you don't upgrade Mentorship, you can create a couple of weak heroes with True Necromancy, and it will be great; the main thing is to hide them somewhere so the enemy doesn't find them.
