Heroes of Might and Magic V [Game Discussion]

I used to play Heroes 5 as a Necromancer, and there was a skill called "Raise Skeletons," but it's not in the skill wheel now, and it wasn't in patch 1.6 either (it was in version 1.2). Also, the purpose of the Knight's Castle seems to have been lost; in 1.6, you can only upgrade it by 20 per week. Is it just me, or is this the case for everyone? Who benefited from this change?
