DISCUSSIONS on “Rules for online games in HoMM3 and formulas for calculating player rating.”

The rule introduced by StickyFingaz may be a good one, but he had no right to introduce it and write that it applies to all HeroesWorld tournaments, since in essence he is just a forum dweller and nothing more!

OMG!!11 >>>ALL<<< organizers of Heroes of Might and Magic III tournaments on HeroesWorld agreed not to accept violators of this rule into their tournaments. I.e., this rule effectively applies to all tournaments on HeroesWorld. I already wrote this 2 times...
