DISCUSSIONS on “Rules for online games in HoMM3 and formulas for calculating player rating.”

- May, I forgot to include this in my rules, and now I'm wondering what to do - either implement the rule or wait for the next tournament (fortunately, it's not too far off).

Nagan and Evgeny, who voted for the rule, ended up withdrawing from the tournament themselves.

Well, I withdrew because I didn't have enough time, but I messed up the Loevsky tournament. And in general, I recently forgot about these things and asked Dzhavdet for leniency - luckily, he didn't change his mind :) because then I would have violated our rules. Also, we need to come up with a list of those who have been penalized, and I think it's better not to do this on the forum, or if we do, it should be done in a way that no one can argue there...
