How many movement points does Kalida have?
There are 2 known bugs:
1) The hero is purchased from the tavern with movement points faster than the 1st unit, even if there is a slower 2nd unit (centaurs and dwarves, respectively).
2) The hero is purchased with 1300 movement points, not sure why.
