An important component of a good tournament is the completion of all scheduled matches. In order to reduce the percentage of unplayed matches, this rule regulates the maximum number of possible missed matches - no more than 30% of the total number of matches and no more than one match in a row by one player, as well as a penalty for violating this rule - if a player does not respond to offers to play tournament games, they will be banned from participating in HeroesWorld tournaments for 6 months. If a player has a valid reason to refuse to participate in the tournament and informs the organizer about this during the tournament, they will be banned from participating in the next tournament on HW.
