Regarding Vic, it was decided to include him in the draw after all, but it's a mere formality; you don't have to play, as you and Vitalik are already guaranteed a spot in the playoffs. Furthermore, the qualifying score for the final is 3.5 points, so Pit, Javdet, KobRa, and Vigo have very good chances. Also, several people with 3 points will enter the final, so those who currently have 2, don't lose hope—we'll have to calculate the tie-breaker coefficient ;)
