P.S. how to place dragons in the Dragon Utopia\hive so that they don't breathe fire on their own?

So that they don't breathe fire on their own, obviously :). For example, from the 1st slot they can hit the 2nd, 3rd and 4th, therefore it is worth placing units of 1 in those slots.
