I'll share my humble opinion. I really liked how StickyFingaz runs the TE tournament, especially point 4.
Why not introduce this rule in all official tournaments? It's just for fun, but we need to respect other people's time. And even if it leads to a decrease in the number of participants. "Those who want to find a way, those who don't want to find an excuse."
P.S. If I couldn't play within the allotted time due to my fault, I would give the victory to my opponent, provided that he was willing to play.
