To create a positive overall impression of the tournament, it is necessary to follow its rules and show respect to the organizers and other participants. An important component of a good tournament is the completion of all scheduled matches. To reduce the percentage of unplayed matches, this rule regulates the maximum number of possible missed matches – no more than 30% of the total number of matches and no more than one match in a row per player, as well as a penalty for violating this rule – if a player does not respond to requests to play tournament matches, they will be banned from participating in HeroesWorld tournaments for 6 months. If a player has valid reasons for refusing to participate in a tournament and informs the organizer during the tournament, they will be banned from participating in the next tournament on HW.
