Failure: I took my MP3 player in for repair back in January, and today I picked it up, but they didn't fix anything. They told me, "Go to the place where you bought it... They'll replace it with a new one..." I went to the store, but it was closed... Apparently, it "went bankrupt." Now I have no idea what to do :(
