Vitalik's victory has been recorded. The further outcome of the vitalic - Vortex match is still unclear. But I think a compromise will be found in any case. Although, of course, I haven't heard more absurd accusations of cheating than Vortex's accusations.
As I mentioned before this problematic game, Vitalik is known among many Heroes players as a player who "almost infallibly determines the correct and most advantageous directions" and also as a master of "attacking with fast-moving heroes against the opponent." I don't think there is any basis for the accusations in this case; Vortex is probably very upset and has suspicions that he cannot prove. I think that to avoid unnecessary arguments, it would be easier to change the players on both sides. Of course, the result of the first game should not be canceled.
