I don't think there is a wild violation here. Just an expression of dissatisfaction. And there are no insults as such.

Moreover, the administration on ХВ is one of the mildest among large resources, believe me.

That's exactly why people love ХВ. Because the forum feels like home.
Anyway, on many forums there are almost no rules at all, and despite this, there is an amazing order (because on ХВ conflicts are mainly between mods and regular users).
