It all depends on what you mean by "organic." If you're talking about living creatures made of protein, I can give you an answer. But if you're asking about the shelf life of organic substances, that's not my area of expertise.
So, here's the thing. Most creatures have an aging mechanism that's designed to promote renewal and evolutionary development. But in some, very few species, aging is completely absent. The fact is that their cells die off, but new ones are born. Logically, if there's no aging, there should be continued growth, because growth hormones must be produced. Accordingly, creatures that are not subject to aging grow and increase in size over the years. There is no limit to this increase. I can give two examples of immortal creatures: the giant sea turtle (found in the waters near South America) and the pike. They grow to monstrous sizes and usually die of starvation. Because the turtle's body becomes too bulky, it becomes very difficult for it to find food, and it also becomes difficult to swim. Specimens have been found that are three hundred or four hundred years old. These ancient giants exceed two meters in length. There is also a well-known case where a pike, ringed by Peter the Great, was caught in some body of water in the 1930s. But it's even more difficult for pikes – hiding in a bend, near a warm spring, means subjecting themselves to a slow, hungry death. Therefore, these giants are forced to roam in search of prey, which becomes easier to escape the larger the pike gets. We can say that there is a maximum lifespan, even for immortal creatures. This is the time when their size exceeds a "critical mass," after which they will most likely die of starvation. However, if someone were interested in a very long experiment, it would be possible to take a pike, raise it in greenhouse conditions, and feed it (so that it doesn't have to find food itself), and thus – indefinitely.
