You're framing the question incorrectly. Put yourself in the organizer's shoes – how would he feel when demands like this start coming from all sides? I've already encountered something similar, and it's not a pleasant experience (but in my case, I was initially prepared to compromise for a stronger team), and you shouldn't add to Zhenya's workload with this either; he already has enough to do.
He's the qualifier, and the organizer has the right to ignore...
