Yes? A ban on vampire upgrades? 1500 skeletons by the second week? Well, that depends on the map. If there are no level 1-2 creatures around the Castle, how will you recruit them? Yes, without vampires it's really bad !:-( then hope rests only with the skeletons. :-)

No, well, 1500 by the second week is probably a Dragon Utopia (although I'm sure there were precedents :) ) but 500-600 skeletons in an upgraded version are a very serious weapon for absolutely any purpose—do a simple haste and you get a Mega-stack with magic damage and mega-HP. Just my imho :)
