I summoned a Phoenix with a spell costing 30 and the corresponding skill, although I was playing as Necropolis. It had an attack and defense of around 70-80 and about 1300 health, and its damage and other stats were similar (I don't remember the exact values, but I was very impressed). If you don't attack it with magic, it's IMMORTAL.
