Tactics for the Swamp (Fortress).

Regarding the direct damage from gorgons... 20 gorgons won't take out one CD in a single hit, yet you say 1-2... How?

Upon hitting, mighty gorgons have a 10% chance of triggering death breath; it activates after the gorgons' attack and kills a number of units equal to x/10 where x is the number of gorgons in the stack, regardless of the monsters' level (i.e., 30 gorgons can kill 3 archangels with their breath upon hitting). If the number of gorgons is not a multiple of 10, then each additional gorgon adds a 10% chance to kill one more unit (i.e., 24 gorgons will kill 2 archangels and have a 40% probability of killing a 3rd). I hope I explained it clearly.

As for the heroes, you can take Bron initially; if you're lucky, you'll get 4-7 basilisks, which will allow you to clear the map at first.
