Dialogues with Moderators

I just don't understand how someone who has been on the forum for 3-4 months can claim to know what's best for it?:confused:

Let me explain. I am new to this forum, but I've already noticed some issues. I've been registered on other forums for several years (which have many more users), and with the system they use (where the moderators of a section are clearly listed under the section's name, and any punishment is automatically sent to the punished user's private messages along with the name of the punisher), there is much more order. Here, the system is different, and I've already seen that. Therefore, what I wrote is not just my imagination; it's a system that has been proven effective in practice, and I suggest implementing it here, in accordance with the topic of this thread.
