Dialogues with Moderators

Well, since there are already two of you, let me explain.
1) An abstract example:
a game that our forum is dedicated to (any part of it)
how much can your level 1 hero achieve? Compared to a level 5 hero? It's all because of a lack of experience.

2) Regarding the topic.
If I rewrite the post and swap the beginning and the end, will it become clearer?
In this case, the person was simply too lazy to study the forum they are on.
And time is not the main criterion; the main criterion is experience. The longer you are on the forum, the better and more thoroughly you know it. This is generally true for everything.
And in the same game (here's a third example). The longer you play it, the better you know the game itself. Yes, there are players who learn everything quite quickly, and there are those who don't improve their gameplay even after a year, but in most cases, it happens this way.;)

A good argument: "you're all teenagers!" isn't that true? And you're essentially saying the same thing now.

I didn't say that; these are your arguments. I only said that to suggest something, you need to know the forum, and that's not something you can do in one day.

Just as easily, one could say that a newcomer who comes to the forum has no rights, but after, say, 365 days, they will become a full-fledged user.

I am generally against the very concept of a "coordinator." Each section has its own "heroes" who, in addition to moderation, do useful things and are aware of all the content in the section.

Of course, I'm against it; fewer people will be monitoring order.;)

WisTrit, read StickyFingaz's post about his attitude towards Hacker. Do you think that's how you should write on the forum? And isn't that the kind of thing that gets people sent to the ban? And it's written precisely about how he is perceived.
