Dialogues with Moderators

I just don't understand how someone who has been on the forum for 3-4 months can claim to know what's best for the forum?

I think the number of days since registration is not a very important factor. With the same logic, you could say that a newcomer who joins the forum has no rights, but after, say, 365 days, they will become a full-fledged user :D However, yes, I'm nitpicking, but how else?
I am generally against the very concept of a "coordinator." In each section, there are its own "heroes" who, in addition to moderation, do useful things and are aware of all the content in the section.
