Dialogues with Moderators

People, I don't understand you! Why are you all attacking Hacker?! He is very important for HeroesWorld, just like Lu4ik (although he is a bit more important))). Without him, everything will only get worse!
First, why take offense at someone for doing their job.

I generally don't understand how a coordinator who doesn't know anything about the section they moderate and has a ton of complaints against them can remain in their position? Naturally, the fact that they stayed there and made decisions without understanding the problem was bound to lead to this kind of crap, and it did. I repeat my opinion — take the example of other forums (which, by the way, are much more popular), their moderation is simple — elections are held, candidates are either requested by the community or they volunteer (and there are always takers, so don't cry about how hard and sad it is).
