The main ideas. First, the mistakes. Since the guild has good spells – summoning and chaos (from the library). I decided to make the hero a summoner first. But it turned out to be a long process – building 5 guilds, a tower of mages, and a library takes 7 buildings, and you also need troops. In this test run, I finished in 15 days, and realized that there was no point in trying to shave off a couple more days. Then I decided to use the well-known tactic for the city of mages – to defeat everyone with obsidian golems, due to their special ability – to heal (restore) from magic. And machines to help, of course.
I took the starting hero – Nazir, because I decided not to build a magic guild at all, and he already has a firebolt at the start, the power of which increases with the hero's level. Unfortunately, I couldn't upgrade the path of war…. Well, it turned out to be easiest to break through the garrison by first killing the emerald dragons and taking the book of dark magic! (although, it could have been done without it – I managed to do it in 9 days). And also, the secrets of chaos gave a random spell from the magic of chaos. So, when I completed the map in 8 days, I got the wall of fire, and in the final version (in 7 days) – I got the ring of cold. You could go in two ways – down, through the succubus, or to the right – through the priests and a one-way portal. I chose the shorter path – through the priests.
In the end, the main character Nazir is level 19, with stats of 5+8+16+25=54. Mercury - 35
I leveled up the hero like this: Wizard's sign, strong chaos, education, secrets of chaos, magic attraction, machines, ballista, advanced machines, machine gun (SCSB), secondary education, artificial chaos, artificial machines, higher education, darkness, master of pain, master of storms, magical reward, and graduate.
Day 1. In the city, we build a forge. (Because I want to have upgraded golems on day 3.) We buy Tilshek, buy gremlins in the city and transfer the troops to Nazir (without gargoyles). Nazir goes to the knowledge dolmen and to fight the megarcs for the boots of speed (to run confidently on the snow). Tilshek picks up the boots after the battle and gives them to Nazir for permanent use. Then, Nazir defeats the fairies, picks up a chest for experience, and goes to the well, but doesn't have time to drink the water. We buy Razzak and send him to the top – to the golem forge (it stands near the steel golems and doesn't touch anyone).
Day 2. In the city, we build a golem forge. Nazir drinks water from the well and defeats the plague zombies, warmongers, gets +1 attack in the mercenary camp, and steel golems. Razzak captures the golem forge. In the city, with the help of a caravan, we buy 9 golems from the forge. Razzak adds his own to the caravan… there are 24 golems in the cart. Then he picks up some gold that the zombies were guarding. Tilshek goes to the mill and to the city. Nazir returns to his beloved well (but again doesn't have time to drink).
Day 3. In the city, we build a foundry. Tilshek upgrades the golems to obsidian golems and transfers them (32 pieces) to Nazir. Nazir drinks water (mana became 105), defeats obsidian gargoyles, takes knowledge +1, then fights paladins, plague zombies, and rune priests. For the last battle with the priests, I put 32 golems (obs.), and 4 squads of one orc and gremlins each. (there was very little mana left – 22, so the next day I didn't attack everyone in a row). Razzak captures the gold mine (the only and last one in the tournament).
Day 4. In the city, we build a market. Tilshek sells an artifact – a trident. We buy another hero – Narhiz, buy the last golem, upgrade it, and transfer it to Razzak. Nazir goes through the one-way portal, goes to another respawn, defeats cave lords, then, through the flag, defeats spear masters, flag, stable, defeats assassins, flag, fountain of youth, then fights dark hydras, in the library increases knowledge and magic by +2, and defeats swordsmen. Razzak also comes to the respawn through the portal to Nazir.
Day 5. In the city, we build a parapet for gargoyles (most likely in vain, they weren't really needed for the finale). Nazir defeats the light unicorns, gets +2 attack in the arena, and goes through another one-way portal to another respawn. During the transition, he had to fight archers. Then, to the left, he kills bone dragons, picks up a valuable artifact – the armor of the forgotten hero, and defeats the gargoyle lair (storage). Razzak also stops at the main character through the portal. We buy another secondary hero – Faiz. In a chain, he transfers 14 gargoyles to Razzak.
Day 6. Nazir defeats the djinns and drinks water – mana became 300. Razzak picks up a chainmail with experience and transfers it to Nazir. He puts it on, defeats the minotaur overseers, then runs forward to the flag, defeats the emerald dragons, flag, obsidian golems, flag, megarcs, death knights, and archers. Razzak runs to pick up the book of darkness (it's just a step away). The cockroaches collect resources.
Day 7. Razzak picks up the book of darkness, runs happily to Nazir and transfers troops to him (14 gargoyles and 1 golem), the book, and takes away unnecessary artifacts – boots of speed, chainmail with experience, and cat's fur (for further exchange of resources and artifacts in the factory). Nazir (level 17) picks up gold and chests (for money) and goes to the finale. Troops before the battle – 34 gremlins, 23 gargoyles, 33 obsidian golems, 3 squads of one gremlin each, and a lone gargoyle. The battle is easy, because there was darkness, master of pain, and the coveted book. After the battle, 24 gargoyles and 32 golems remained (I sacrificed the gremlins, and once, in battle, the golems did not restore their number from the firebolt – 20% resistance to magic worked, which was given by the armor of the forgotten hero). After the battle, I got 2 more levels and became level 19. The cockroaches picked up everything they could… Razzak exchanged everything in the factory for mercury.
P.S. – if it were to be, I could have defeated the garrison on day 6, but I didn't have time for the Christmas tree. I had to go around all the stat boosters (attack, knowledge, magic)… so that the last 7th day wouldn't be wasted.

Congratulations to wolf64 on the victory! I thought that it would be possible to do it in a week – in the end, it became too easy, but there was not enough motivation to improve the result. :-)
