INTERNET ADDICTION: A DISEASE OR A NEW STAGE IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF CIVILIZATION?

Of course, I am dependent on the internet... however, I've always been saved by my innate indifference and strong willpower. When I feel that I can't do without a particular forum/website/way of online communication, I cut it off for myself forever. Without warning the people I communicate with, which results in dozens of mysterious speculations about my disappearance. Some people find it easier to believe that I never existed and that I am just their own invention, not a real person. I love to go somewhere in the summer where there is no internet, no phone, and maybe even no electricity... the main thing is that there are people, dogs, and horses... or just dogs))) But then you come back, and for a while, you can't understand what you found so appealing in these silly internet things... but it doesn't last long, and in about ten days, the addiction wakes up again and starts consuming my brain.
